Since beginning her career in 1993, Meredith Colburn has successfully established herself as a go-to expert in the local market and is consistently recognized as one of the top Realtors in the industry. 

Meredith treasures collaboration, partnership and legacy. Teamwork, with both her clients and colleagues, is a key aspect to her long-term success in the competitive real estate marketplace. 30+ years ago, she joined her mother and mentor, Nanci J. Rands, in the industry and has since shaped and grown her business into a highly successful and effective team approach to real estate sales. Meredith’s current team – which includes Nanci and her daughter, Lauren Colburn – is a collaboration of incredibly capable, professional women who she trusts completely to always do an impeccable job.

Meredith prides herself on bringing together a group of likeminded, talented women who each have the utmost respect for one another as well as an unfaltering commitment to their clients’ best outcome. She maintains a leadership role for team members Jessica Weisman, Adriane Dundon, Caroline Johnson, and Caroline Keating – all of whom work tirelessly to provide clients with outstanding representation. A native of Southeast Michigan, Meredith attended Cranbrook Kingswood in Bloomfield Hills and the University of Michigan. Meredith is individually ranked within the Top 1% of Real Estate agents nationwide, and is the recipient of The Agency Chairman’s Award presented to the top agents within The Agency global network. 

In addition to running her day-to-day business, Meredith relishes time with her husband, children, friends, and her three, adorable poodles. She has been involved in a variety of community and philanthropic endeavors – President of Franklin Hills Country Club, event Chairperson of ORT’s Rub-a-Dub and JARC’s annual fundraisers.
